Get Into The Game

A good friend of mine coaches a baseball team for young kids who are just getting into the sport.

He’s constantly telling me what a rewarding experience it is, to introduce these kids to the game of baseball.

He loves to watch their improvement – knowing that he was able to have such a positive impact on their lives.

What’s most interesting is the speed at which these kids pick up on the game of baseball.

Prior to playing the game, most of them have watched baseball on television and read about it in books.

And while they may have some limited knowledge of baseball, they’re certainly not what you’d consider to be proficient at the sport.

It was the act of “getting in the game”, that allows them to become good at baseball.

My friend (the baseball coach) has found that the kids he’s worked with learn more in 10 minutes in the batting cage, than ever discovered in the time they spent reading about it, studying, or evaluating it.

When it comes to home business and making munee, I’ve found the same to be true.

I’ve spoken with countless folks who’ve invested plenty of time studying, reading, thinking (and even talking) about how they could make it big in a business of their own.

Only problem is…

They haven’t yet got in the game.

But…

When you “get in the game”, and you have a coach that knows how to get the best out of you, like those kids, you’ll learn more in 10 minutes of playing time, than you ever learned in all the hours you spent studying.
