Happy Halloween
You see, I'm leaving first thing in the morning for St. Louis, which means I'll be traveling most of the day, and won't have access to my computer.
Once again, it's time to attend the HUGE Glazier-Kennedy Information Marketing Summit.
This is a 4-day event that's held each November, and this year, there are more than 700 information marketers registered for the event.
It's the only event of its kind on the planet.
More than half of the attendees are like myself, meaning that they already own massively successful information marketing businesses (that span EVERY topic under the sun).
The other half of the attendees are people who want to start their own information marketing business.
Until now, you probably didn't realize that information marketing was such a big business.
But let me assure you – it's HUGE.
I don't know of any other business where the risk is so low, and the munee-making potential is so high.
It's the only business I know of that allows you to make tons of mistakes along the way, and still make major cashola in spite of yourself.
As you know, I used to own a cleaning and restoration company, and I struggled for several years, trying to make that company profitable.
The reason – small margins.
But…
Once I got into information marketing, I was making munee in what seemed like the blink of an eye.
The reason – HIGH margins.
Granted, there's a lot of little nuances one needs to know in order to have a successful information marketing business.
That's why you want to align yourself with someone who's already doing it – and doing it well.
Those of you who are taking part in my "Insider's Roadmap to Information Marketing" training series know precisely what I'm talking about.
The feedback I've received from this program has been astounding.
In fact, here's an email that Michelle Williams sent me after last Friday's training call.
Hi Kevin,
Well, today's training call just ended and I wanted to share something interesting with you that happened to me while on the call. Some of this may sound goofy so please bear with me.
Here's the scoop... I've been studying information marketing for a while now but always ran into a roadblock when it came to ideas on the product. I've spent a small fortune on ebooks and home study courses but found that they weren't worth a hill of beans because I couldn't think of one original thing that I could put together from my own knowledge and experiences.
I became so frustrated that something odd began to happen when I would have contact with friends or business associates. I'd repeatedly find my mind drifting during our conversations and I'd begin thinking of how we could create a product based on their knowledge or experience.
In fact, out of sheer frustration I recently resorted to contacting a friend of mine that has what I feel to be a ton of marketable knowledge and explained that I wanted to help him put a product together that we could market.
In any case, I suppose I've been reluctant to develop a product because I had a hard time putting myself in the position of an 'expert'.
On today's call, during the "live" interview you did with Tom, I began to clearly see how to use personal experiences to develop a product. And, I realized that there will always be someone, somewhere, that can relate to the topic. And even if the market isn't huge it can make munee.
All of a sudden a flood of product ideas rushed into my head.
Another point - that was staring me in the face this whole time - is that sometimes an idea or topic which seems so basic, so completely apparent, that you feel that people probably already know, could become a millyun dollar idea for the person who doesn't make the assumption that it's common knowledge.
So, I wanted to thank you. I'm going to sit down and put all my ideas together and select something fabulous that I can build during our time together.
I'm so EXCITED.
Your grateful student,
Michelle Williams
Many of you weren't able to get in on the training series before enrollment was closed, and you've been asking if I'll be offering some kind of "Insider's Roadmap" home study course.
I will in fact be offering a home study course, and it should be available sometime in January.
With that said, have a Happy Halloween, and I'll be back in touch when I return home from St. Louis.
Dedicated to your success,
Kevin Thompson
