Flying Over Iraq
On Monday – October 6th, I received an email from a Naval Pilot who’s spent more time flying over Iraq than he cares to remember.
Needless to say, he’s looking for a better way to provide for his family.
Pay close attention to his story, as well as my advice to him.
You’re gonna find it compelling to say the least.
Dear Kevin,
I was sitting front row at Matt Furey’s 4 Hour Workday Seminar, dressed in a blue suit and I was moved by your story.
I work for the Navy and I have four children.
At any moment I can be whisked away and all of a sudden "daddy's gone".
My children ask where I went to, and my wife just says "he is in the airplane" and they nod, "ooh, the airplane."
Of course when I’m gone the kids act up so my wife has to worry about that on top of the ever present, though perhaps submerged and suppressed thought that I may not come back.
I never mention this to anyone because few people understand, and more importantly no one cares.
Hey, I signed on the dotted line so I am NOT complaining, I am simply calling them like I see them.
I was very moved by your story. I thought it was candid and honest.
Also it’s obvious that you have mastered the skills and abilities necessary to succeed on the internet.
As you know, every 2-3 years we are up for orders in the military.
Lately instead of having all these great tours to see the world, it is about dodging bullets.
I’ve been to the desert four times and have had my fill for a lifetime with the idea of flying over Iraq.
I would like to change my life so I do not depend on the Navy financially and can chart my own course and give my family some stability.
I know I have a technical knowledge in the area of fitness and recognize I have no experience running businesses on, or off of the Internet.
Your presentation showed your successes, as well as your willingness to help others.
Man to man, can you help me out so I can have more free time to be with my family, take control of my financial future and not have to depend on the Navy to support my family?

I have to say, it was VERY humbling to receive your comments.
After reading what you had to say, I immediately called my wife Lisa into the office so I could share it with her.
As I read your email to her, I got so emotional, that I had to pause before I could finish reading it to her.
I will tell you this:
It’s my belief that people DO care about what you do, and the fact that you put your life on the line on a regular basis, in service to our country.
And to think that you have 4 children and a wife who dearly love you and miss you when you’re gone is an incredible blessing.
As soon as I read the opening statement in your email (I was sitting front row at Matt's 4 Hour Workday Seminar, dressed in a blue suit) I immediately knew who you were.
I remember when you stood up and shared some of your story with the audience, and how moved I was by YOUR story.
And now that you’ve shared more of it with me, I’m moved even more.
Like my story of fishing in Alaska, you too have an incredible story, and it can be used to have a HUGE impact on other people.
