Leavin’ My Baby

I’m leaving town first thing in the morning to attend yet another Matt Furey Mastermind Meeting in Tampa, Florida.

And while I’m excited as usual, this is the first time I’ll be leaving my new son Brock, who’s only 9 days old.

My life was forever changed on April 21st, when he was born, and the last week has been the most awesome week of my entire life.

There’s no doubt that Brock has already made a huge impact on my life.

Truth is, he’s got our entire family wrapped around his little finger.

But…

I have a HUGE responsibility to him.

Not only to raise him into a fine young man, but to instill a sense of confidence in him, so that he goes through life, knowing that he can do, become and accomplish ANYTHING that he sets his mind to.

That being said, I have to continue to educate myself – which is the very reason I’m off to Tampa again.

And the funny thing is:

People always ask me, “Kev, why do you continue to spend all that munee, flying around the country to attend seminars”?

In fact, I got asked this question just the other day (by one of my clients).

So let me answer this question for you.

The first place most folks err is in thinking that I’m “spending” munee to do what I do, but the fact is, I’m not spending at all – I’m investing.

And…

I’m not only investing in myself.

Sure, I’m the one who’s benefiting directly from the strategies, tools and resources I get at these events.

From the interaction with other like-minded business owners.

From the give and take that comes with attending.

But – by attending such events, I’m also investing in my wife, my kids, my clients and my members.

Yes, you heard that right.

I’m investing in YOU.

If you’ve ever been on one of my “live” training calls, you know exactly what I’m talking about.

You know that I deliver a ton of useable content on EVERY event I host.

Like my son Brock, I have a responsibility to you, as one of my members and clients – to give you the strategies, tools and resources you need in order to have the kind of success that you want for yourself.

And the only way to make that happen, is to continue doing what I do.

Am I gonna miss Brock and the rest of my family?

Absolutely.

But that’s a small price to pay for the long term results that will come from this little trip.

I’ll be back in touch with you when I return home next week.

The 30-Minute Transformation

Last week I did a 30-Minute One-On-One Consultation with one of my clients, and by the time we’d finished – his eyes were opened to a whole new world of possibility.

While I’m not able to share the specific details of his business, I can tell you why (and how) the transformation occurred.

I’ve been running my own home business for 8 years now.

And I’ve been consulting one-on-one with people throughout that entire time.

Here’s what we’ve found:

The majority of the people who want to have a successful home business of their own, usually have one big sticking point.

One thing that’s keeping them from having the kind of success they want, deserve and need.

And what I’ve found is that it’s usually one of three things.

1. They don’t know what they want to sell.

2. They don’t know how to find products to sell.

3. Or they need help figuring out who they should be selling to.

But…

Here’s the big secret everyone else refuses to talk about.

No one else that’s offering “how to make munee Information” wants you to know this.

The fastest and easiest way to get you past that sense of being STUCK is to have someone like me, who’s been there, done that, and continues to do it to this day… to personally walk you through what needs to happen next.

And that’s the reason I give EVERY one of my clients a One-On-One Fast-Start Consultation.

I REFUSE to let you stay stuck.

And if that means that I need to do what everyone else refuses to do, and spend some one-on-one time with you in order to make that happen, then so be it.

So, when you and I have this 30 minute Fast-Start Consultation… if what you need help with is “What do I sell? How do I get that product and get started?”

In our 30 minutes together, I’ll answer that for you.

If your question is “How do I get the website up and running because that’s what you need?” Then I’ll solve that issue for you.

I’ve been offering these consultations for several years now, and in that time, I haven’t yet found a single client who had a challenge that I couldn’t solve for them.

NOT ONE.

So…

You really have to ask yourself… if there’s one big thing that’s been keeping you stuck from having the business of your dreams… and in the course of our One-On-One Fast-Start Consultation, I’m able to give you the answers you need to move forward and make the income that you want, need and deserve… how much would that REALLY be worth to you?

The fact is – it’s PRICELESS.

And make no doubt about it, this is just one of the value added bonuses you get as one of my clients.

Living Room Football

Last week I told you how I owed Uncle Sam a pretty big chunk-o-change this year.

I also told you how it was cause for some MAJOR celebration.

After hearing this, it may have left you scratching your head in confusion.

So – today we’re going to tie everything together.

Not too long ago, I was having a phone conversation with a good friend of mine, when we got onto the subject of munee, and how the lack of it will have an adverse impact on families.

My friend explained it by comparing two different families – one that’s strapped financially, and the other who’s not.

Let’s take a look at the first family, who’s financially strapped.

Even though it’s against the rules, one day their two young boys are playing football in the house.

One boy goes out for a long pass (across the living room), but when our young quarterback throws the ball he fails to connect with his receiver.

Instead, the ball is intercepted by the table lamp.

The lamp falls to the ground and shatters into pieces.

Hearing the commotion, dad races into the room, and seeing what’s happened, becomes irate and starts scolding the two young boys.

“How many times have I told you not to play football in the house?

I work my tail off to provide for this family, and that lamp cost a lot of munee.

I hope you two are proud yourselves, because now I’ll have to work more overtime, just so I can get your mom another one.

Go to your room, because you’re grounded for two weeks’.

Now…

Let’s take a look at the financially secure family, under the very same circumstances.

Sure, dad might get a little bit upset and put the boys in “time out” for breaking the family rules, and the lamp.

But he sure as heck isn’t gonna to lay a guilt trip on them about having to work more overtime and spending less time at home with the family.

He’s simply going to run down to the store and get mom another lamp.

There’s no doubt that munee (or the lack of it) has a profound impact on our lives.

In our household, with 4 children (and another on the way), unexpected financial needs are a common thing.

Michaela recently got into a small car accident, and though it wasn’t her fault, we had to pay part of the bill to get the car fixed.

Kaitlynn just got braces put on, and let me tell you, that ain’t cheap.

Adam’s truck got broke into last year, and while insurance paid much of the cost of replacing what was stolen, we still had to pay the deductible of a thousand bucks.

Last Friday night I had to take Lisa to the emergency room, and once again, insurance pays a good portion of the bill, but when you go to the emergency room – the bill can get really big, really fast.

As I’m sharing this with you, you’re sitting there thinking to yourself, “sounds just like MY family”.

Which is precisely why you came to me in the first place.

You want to have more munee, and the kind of lifestyle that comes with it.

And to say that makes you materialistic would be ridiculous.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting the best for your family.

As parents, we all want our kids to have it better than we did, and the truth is, in this – the age of technology, it’s never been easier to make it happen.

Update on Brock

I want to thank every one of you who have sent emails and well-wishes our way for Brock and Lisa.

I’d like to reply to the hundreds of you personally, but time simply doesn’t permit me to do that.

But…

I do want to take this moment to give you an update on Brock.

He’s doing well, and enjoying life in the Thompson home.

He’s an absolutely wonderful baby.

He never cries and he sleeps all night long.

Well…

That’s stretching things a little bit, but the truth is, Lisa and I have truly been blessed with this little guy.

Yes, we’ve been running pretty short on sleep around here, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

It’s been a real eye-opening experience for me, and I look forward to watching Brock grow into a fine young man.

I hear so many parents talk about how they look forward to when their baby will be older – so they can do more things with them.

Funny thing is, Lisa and I are totally engrossed in the here and now.

We’re enjoying every minute of our time with Brock.

And that’s important.

Too many people spend their time concentrating on the future.

Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with thinking about, and anticipating wonderful things in the future.

But you’ve got to enjoy today as well.

Have a great weekend and I’ll be back in touch next week.

Proud New Daddy

Here’s the BIG news you’ve been waiting for.

Brock Robert Thompson was born on Monday – April 21, 2008 at 6:21 pm, was 21 inches long and weighed in at 8 lbs, 10 oz.

WOW - in case you hadn’t noticed, that’s a whole lot of 21’s, and I’m taking that as a VERY good sign.

As you know, Brock was overdue in joining us, so after last Friday’s office visit, we made plans to have Lisa induced.

We arrived at the birth center at 9am on Monday morning, and that’s when the long day began.

As it turned out, Brock was posterior in the birth canal, which made the labor process much more grueling for Lisa.

After several looonnnggg hours, Brock was finally ready to make his entrance into the world.

And let me tell you, that was the most emotional moment of my life – without question.

We got back home late Monday night, and as you can imagine, I didn’t spend much time in the office yesterday.

But, we have been taking plenty of pictures, and I did take the time to upload a select few of them to the internet for you.

Keep in mind, I didn’t take time to organize them into chronological order, put captions on them, or anything else.

In the interest of getting photos to you as fast as possible, I simply uploaded them to a website.

Lisa may take the time to put captions on the photos, as well as ad more in the days to come.

These are the same photos we’re sharing with close friends and family, and that’s why I wanted to share them with you as well.

You’ll find them here

Enjoy.

Tax Day Celebration

Yesterday marked that big day of the year – our final deadline to recon with Uncle Sam.

For some tax time is a dreaded time of year, while for others, it’s a time of celebration because Uncle Sam owes them.

I don’t know about you, but I didn’t have any munee coming my way.

In fact, I owed Uncle Sam a pretty big chunk-o-change this year, and that’s cause for some serious celebration.

I know – I know.

You’re thinking to yourself, “Wait a minute Kev, you owed munee, and you think that’s reason for celebration”?

Seems odd, doesn’t it.

So let me explain.

I’m always amazed when I hear business owners say they don’t want to grow their business too much, because they don’t wanna pay too many taxes.

I’m thinking to myself, “Huh”?

That’s kind of like saying you don’t wanna eat, cause you’ll just get hungry again.

Sure – the more you make, the more taxes you pay.

But…

As business owners, you and I get tax advantages that the “Average Joe” never gets.

That means that we get the luxury of having our business pay for much of our lifestyle with “pre-tax munee”.

Now, I’m certainly not an accountant, so I won’t even try to give you financial advice, but I will tell you one thing.

Far too many business owners and entrepreneurs have what’s known as a “poverty mindset”.

I realize this might sound a little harsh, but it’s the truth.

In order to have the kind of lifestyle you want and deserve, you’ve got to believe that having a LOT of munee is a good thing.

Because the fact is, being broke never helped anyone.

It won’t help you.

It won’t help your family.

And it won’t help anyone else.

I know that some will read these comments and say I’m being materialistic, yet they would be wrong.

If I was materialistic, I’d be fuming mad about having to pay Uncle Sam his due.

And that ain’t the case at all.

In fact, I’m gonna be back tomorrow with something special for you, and you won’t want to miss it.

Until then – congratulations for making it through another April 15th.

How Did I Get Here

The other day I got an interesting email from one of my members, and it packs one heck of a business lesson.

Here it is:

I’ve been reading your e-mails for quite some time.

They are truly strengthening, inspirational and informative.

I have no idea about how you came into my e-mail box (or my life) but I thank God that you did.

Keep up the good work.

Claire

After reading this, I had to chuckle, because the truth is, when you’re marketing your business effectively (and using systems), this type of thing is a common occurrence.

You see…

Instead of doing like most folks, who spend all their time trying to chase down business, I refuse to waste my time on such nonsense.

I, on the other hand - put systems in place that automatically attract clients to me, just as if I were holding a ten ton magnet.

By using such a powerful client attraction system, it’s not uncommon for folks to forget how they discovered me in the first place.

But – like Claire – they're sure glad they did.

After having such incredible success with my methods, I’ve dedicated the last several years of my life to helping people like you follow in my footsteps.

Here’s what happens when you do:

1. You immediately re-claim a ton of your time

2. You no longer deal with rejection

3. You no longer have to “cold call”

4. You can create income on demand

5. You LOVE your business

6. Your customers LOVE you

7. Your financial worries evaporate into thin air

I’m sure you’ll agree, this way of doing business is a whole lot better than the way most folks do it.

If you’re ready to put an end to the “grunt work” in your business, and have fun instead, then be sure to stick around.

I’m all about showing YOU how to make it happen.

Dedicated to your success,
Kevin Thompson

P.S. Many of you have been asking about Lisa and Brock. We’re still playing the “baby waiting game”, but are anxiously awaiting Brock’s arrival. You can be sure I’ll send you photos when it happens.

Anchors Aweigh

Today I’m going to tell you about something I’ve NEVER talked about before.

Success Anchors.

You’re probably thinking to yourself, “Success Anchors? – What in the heck is he talking about?”

So, let me give you a peek into my world, and explain this phenomenon.

Success Anchors are things that motivate, inspire and allow you to attract good things into your life.

Let me give you some examples, because my home is FILLED with them.

And in specific, my home office is filled with them.

Above my desk hangs this really cool sign that says, “For My Family”.

My kids made me this sign for Christmas last year, after watching an episode of Extreme Home Makeover.

And let me tell you, every time I see it, I’m reminded of why I do what I do, and am motivated to do even more “For My Family”.

I also have another Success Anchor hanging above my desk.

It says, “With The Help Of My Mentor, I Can Accomplish ANYTHING”.

This particular anchor has a photo of one of my mentors, Matthew Furey, as well as a hundred dollar bill that he gave me when I was attending one of his seminars.

Truth is, he gave everyone in attendance a hundred dollar bill.

And while everyone else probably spent theirs on something, I decided to use mine for a Success Anchor so I could attract even more munee into my life.

Every time I see this anchor, I’m reminded of how much Matthew has already helped me, by showing me how to increase my income.

But – more importantly – I’m reminded that there’s plenty more munee to be had, when I continue following his advice.

I also have many photos that serve as anchors.

Photos of goals.

Photos of my family and I having fun.

Photos of friends.

Photos of my clients.

And make no mistake about it, I don’t limit myself to placing Success Anchors solely in my office.

Like I mentioned, they’re all around our home.

For example:

In our living room there’s a beautiful piece of art that Lisa and I purchased while we were in Hawaii last year.

Every time we look at it, we’re reminded of all the fun we had on that vacation.

And… it also motivates us to take many more vacations.

I could go on and on, giving you specific examples of Success Anchors, but I think you get the idea.

So let me show you how to use them for yourself by asking – what motivates you?

Is it family?

Is it a new vehicle?

Is it a new home?

Is it a vacation?

Make a list of things that motivate you, and find items that will serve as Success Anchors.

This could be photos of family and friends, photos of your goals from magazines, brochures or the internet, items that have sentimental value, etc.

Take a few minutes to locate these items, and begin placing them around your home.

Place them near your desk, on your refrigerator, in your bathroom – all around your home.

You may decide to use framed photos or artwork as Success Anchors, which is great, because they can be placed in any room of your home.

But…

Let me give you fair warning.

Once you have these anchors in place - the tools, strategies and resources I send your way are going to put your business into hyperdrive.

And when it happens, be sure to let me know how great your life has become.

The Computer Nightmare

I’ve been needing to replace my computer for more than two years, but the pain of doing so made me keep putting it off.

You see – the last time I replaced my computer was about five years ago.

And let me tell you, it was a NIGHTMARE.

As much as I tried to make the process go smoothly, all my efforts were in vain.

I hired a tech guy who was a “so called expert”, and it took the two of us more than 17 hours to get all of the programs, files, documents and resources transferred from the old computer, over to the new one.

Let me tell you, it was a LOOOOONG, ugly day.

And needless to say, I wasn’t excited about the thought of repeating this process again.

So…

For the last two years, I continued to work with an outdated, slow computer, even though it was extremely frustrating for me.

The thing would lock up on me for no apparent reason.

It would take forever for programs to open.

If I was working on a major project, and had multiple windows open – well, you get the picture.

The whole time, I’m thinking to myself, “You REALLY need to get a new computer”.

But the thought of re-living that nightmare again was too painful.

It was as if I was trapped in “no man’s land”.

Then - it happened:

A couple weeks back, I got SOOOO fed up with my computer, that I decided to head down to Best Buy, so I could at least check into the possibility of getting a new one.

The thing I really like about Best Buy is the fact that their employees are NOT on commission, and that being the case, they shoot straight with you, and give you the “real deal” on the products they offer.

After speaking with Kim (one of their associates), and telling her of my last computer buying experience, she was able to put me at ease.

She promised me that their Geek Squad would take care of everything, and that the entire process would be “as simple as pie”.

And let me tell you, she wasn’t kidding.

I was SOLD, and I bought the new computer.

The following day, I delivered my old one to the Geek Squad, and told them what I needed.

Four hours later, they called on my cell and told me they were done.

I bring the computer home, hook it up, turn it on – and WAHLAH.

I was back in business – with no pain, no muss, and no nightmare.

Talk about an incredible experience.

And yes, just in case you’re wondering, I LOVE this new computer.

It’s fast, it’s got a ton of great features, and it allows me to be so much more productive – which means I can take even more time off.

It’s a good thing too – because I plan on spending a lot of time with my new son Brock over the coming months.

After going through this process, it got me thinking…

How many other people have had bad experiences in the past, and as a result, they too feel trapped in “no-man’s land”.

Maybe you’ve taken someone at their word, and they let you down.

Maybe you’ve tried to start a business of your own, but can’t make it profitable for whatever reason.

Maybe you’ve taken advice from someone, and it turned out to be bad advice.

If you’ve had anything like this happen, I’ve got GREAT news for you.

Your past does NOT equal your future.

And it took the Geek Squad to remind me of this truth.

Because here’s the deal…

If I’d gone to them five years ago, I wouldn’t have had the nightmare.

I wouldn’t have spent the last two years dealing with an outdated computer.

I wouldn’t have been so frustrated.

In short, life (and business) would have been SO MUCH better.

And like me, all you need is a fresh perspective from someone who understands what you’ve been through, knows how to get you un-stuck, and more importantly, how to get you moving forward.

In case you didn’t know, I’m currently hosting the "Automatic Income Secrets Update Series".

In fact, we just finished the 2nd training call last Friday, and my clients are raving about all the actionable strategies, tools and resources I’ve been giving them.

The regular investment for this training series is $1,200.00, but as a client, you get to join us for FREE-ola.

Like I said, we’re getting ready to have the 3rd training call, but if you’d still like to get in, I’ll make sure you don’t miss out on a thing, by giving you the recordings of the training calls we’ve already had.

To join us, pick up your copy of the Automatic Income System by going here
www.HomeBusinessShortcut.com/ais.html

You’ll then get in on the "Automatic Income Secrets Update Series" (a $1,200.00 value) for FREE-ola.

I look forward to speaking with you on the next training call.

The Winning Nightmare

Last week I sent out an email, and asked you to tell me the worst experience you’ve ever had with a business.

We’ve all had bad run-in’s with businesses who just don’t give a rip about their customers and clients.

I thought it would be fun to have a little contest, and give away a nice gift to one of you.

And now – it’s time to announce the winner.

But…

Before I do, I need to let you know, there were many incredible stories sent in, but after reading this one, I’m sure you’ll agree – it takes the cake.

And it comes from down under (Australia).

Here’s the winning story:

Hi Kevin,

My nightmare began in the 3rd week of July last year when I took my tax paperwork to my accountants, waited and waited, and about late August rang to see how ready it was, still going.

Between August and February I made several phone calls as to the progress of my tax completion. In the 2nd week of January some lovely lady from the accountants rang me to talk to me about my tax.

Yeah!

I think it must be ready, no such luck, she needs to ask about a few things - things that should have been asked about in the first place.

At the beginning of February the sweet people at Centrelink wrote asking for my yearly tax audit, (great! these are the social security people) so I ring again and explain they want the paperwork in 2 weeks time.

It should be ready, but I won’t hold my breath.

Realizing there could be a problem I got a 2 week extension, which was a smart move.

Finally I get the phone call at the very end of February that it's ready.

I call in on the 3rd of March and sign on the dotted line pick it up and almost faint at being told I will have a AUD14,000.00.

Yes - that's right a fourteen thousand Australian dollar social security bill due to the way they had stuffed up my paperwork.

As my husband gets a pension and they had obviously never taken the time to look at my "stuff" until it was almost time to be into the government they just botched it up to suit themselves.

To add insult to injury they sent me a AUD4,000.00 bill for this pleasure.

I have changed accountants in the blink of an eye and already on our first meeting have gotten more information and sense than before. Don't quite know how I'll pay them but the money will come somehow.

The firm I was dealing with is a larger firm with a good reputation, guess I was just nuisance value, but what goes round comes round so when I finally make some money on the internet they won’t have the pleasure of me being their client.

Maureen Devenny

As I was reading Maureen’s story, it immediately reminded me of how I got raked over the coals several years ago by the accounting firm I was using, but that’s a story for another day.

The big lesson is this…

Don’t EVER treat your prospects, customers and clients this way.

You want to treat them the same way you’d treat your grandma.

Do everything you can to give them as much value as possible, because what Maureen said is absolutely true – “What goes round, comes round”.

Thanks for sharing Maureen.

You’ve won a 30-Minute One-On-One Consultation (valued at $199.00 US).

Get in touch with me when you’re ready to schedule it.

The Most Dangerous Video

I was originally planning to reveal the winner of last Friday’s contest, and share all the gory details of their story.

Truth is, I received a lot of incredible stories from you, but there was one CLEAR winner.

I’m gonna have to hold off on that for another day though - because, I just got word that a brand new video is now available for your viewing pleasure.

But, let me warn you.

This is NOT for the timid, or faint of heart.

I was recently interviewed by Devon White of PathBreaker TV, where I revealed a side of myself that no one has ever seen – until now.

Find out what I’m talking about by going here

You won’t have a difficult time finding this eye-opening resource.

It’s currently the premier video on the PathBreaker website.

The Baby Waiting Game

Here it is Monday morning, and we’re still playing the baby waiting game.

I honestly thought that Brock would join us over the weekend, but apparently, he has other plans.

Needless to say, it’s been quite an emotional experience for my wife Lisa.

It’s been a huge learning experience for me as well.

You see, I was scheduled to attend the HUGE Glazier-Kennedy Super Conference in Nashville, TN this last week.

In fact, I would’ve been flying home today.

But…

Because we’re so close to Lisa’s due date, and I didn’t want to miss the birth of my son, I cancelled my reservation for this event.

Sure, I missed out on an opportunity to get my hands on new information and meet new people that would allow me to grow my business even more.

But, because my family is so important, making the decision to stay home was a “no-brainer”.

Here’s another example:

Last Friday I had a bonus training call scheduled for my clients, which had to be postponed at the last minute, because we thought Lisa was in labor.

If you’ve been one of my clients for awhile, you know this was a first.

Until now, I’ve never cancelled or postponed a coaching call, training event or seminar-by-phone.

In fact, I’ve always prided myself on being a guy who is true to his word.

When I say I’m gonna do something, I do it… without fail.

As I sat here in my home office last Friday morning, preparing to host the training call for my clients, Lisa comes in and says, “Honey, I think it’s time”.

I immediately sprang out of my chair so I could put her bag in the Hummer, and get ready to leave for the hospital.

I sent off a quick email to my clients, letting them know what was going on, and told them that I’d have to postpone the training call (thank God for technology).

After several hours at the hospital, it became apparent that Lisa was in pre-labor, and Brock was not yet going to join us.

As I mentioned before, it was emotionally draining on Lisa (not to mention the fact that she was completely worn out), and she hated the thought of returning home without our new baby.

And as we were driving home, a fleeting thought entered my mind, “I hope none of my clients are upset because I had to postpone the training call”.

The more I thought about this, the more concerned I got.

But…

Once we returned home, and I had a chance to check my email, I was amazed to see the outpouring of love and concern that had been sent our way.

Not one person was upset.

Instead, they wanted to know if I was a father yet, and how Lisa and Brock were doing.

After reading through all the emails, and sharing them with Lisa, a feeling of gratitude and thankfulness came over me.

That’s why I want to take yet another opportunity to thank you for sending your well-wishes, and let you know that it means the world to Lisa and I.

It’s such a wonderful and humbling experience to be associated with such an incredible group of members and clients such as you.

I’ll continue to keep you updated, and let you know how things are going.

The Grandma Test

One of the things I talk about from time to time is the importance of passing “The Grandma Test”.

The fact is, you wouldn’t tell your grandma to buy a product or service that was nothing but garbage – would you?

Of course you wouldn’t.

In fact, we’d do everything we could to protect our grandma from wasting her munee on such things.

And…

When it comes to bidness, you want to treat your prospects and customers just like they were your own family.

Just like you’d treat your own grandma.

But, when you take a look around, very few business owners subscribe to this way of thinking.

We’ve ALL had an experience where we were treated poorly.

In fact, I’m willing to bet that as you read this, a specific situation immediately came to your mind.

So here’s what I want to do.

It’s time to have a little fun.

I want you to take a moment to share your personal story, or your personal nightmare if that’s the case.

Send an email to Kevin@AutomaticIncomeSystem.com and tell me about the worst experience you’ve ever had with a business, and be sure to give me all the gory details.

I’ll then publish the best stories and share them with all of my members.

I’ll also choose the best story, and if it’s yours, you’ll win a very special gift from me.

Have fun with this, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Dedicated to your success,
Kevin Thompson

P.S. To be eligible for the prize give-away, I must receive your story by Monday.

Life Threatening Illness

I recently got an email from Dawn Wilder (who’s one of my clients), and after reading her emotional story, I had to share it with you.

In it, she talks about “visualization”, which is something I do on a daily basis.

I also teach my clients how to do this for themselves.

And let me tell you…

Once you tap into the power of “visualization”, INCREDIBLE things will start happening in your life.

But – I don’t want to steal Dawn’s thunder, so take a look at what she has to say:

Hi Kevin,I want you to know how much I appreciate becoming one of your clients, investing in your system and getting to know you through your emails, newsletters and coaching program.

I have to be honest with you, I haven't read every one of your emails, but I’ve saved all of them so I can read them soon.

I really appreciate your approach to marketing, and sending emails like we are your friends.

Showing us ultrasound photos of the baby, telling us your beautiful experiences during the process - they are wonderful, and we share in your happiness.

The monthly client newsletter you sent when my son was recently in the hospital helped all of us immensely during a difficult time in our lives.

My son was overwhelmed with being so ill, this young healthy guy who was dealing with a life threatening illness.

He was engaged and planning to get married in six weeks, yet he was so horribly sick.

I started asking him what he planned on doing when he felt better (just like you did with your wife when she was so scared during her pregnancy), so he would think about all the great things he could do with his beautiful fiancé when he was back to being himself.

I also started visualizing what I would do when my son was out of the hospital and healthy again.

I so much needed that “visualization” that you talked about. Thank you for that.
I want you to know that your emails have given me hope and even when I get overwhelmed, I now have the power to rise above it.

I keep coming back to your system. Your system and the lifestyle that comes with it is exactly what we want and deserve.

I hold onto my dreams, and look forward to living out of Michigan in the winter, preferably to Hawaii (the place I love). I love Michigan in the summer - no prettier place.

I want to spend more time with my children.

The two still at home are 11 and 14, and I want to spend plenty of quality time with them.

Thanks for all the encouraging wordls and being real. I look forward to hearing more from you.Sincerely, Dawn Wilder

When I receive letters like this, it makes my day.

I want to thank all of you who have been sending your thoughts and prayers our way as Brock prepares to join our family within the next week or so.

I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am for the opportunity to make a difference in your life.

You can be sure that I’ve got plenty more good things to send your way.

And yes, I’ll be sure to let you know when Brock is born.

Because so many of you have been asking, I’ll also be sure to send you some photos as well.

The Moment Of Truth

If you’ve ever seen the hit Fox TV show, “The Moment of Truth”, you know that it can get REALLY crazy.

It amazes me what people are willing to endure, when presented with the opportunity to win $500,000.00.

On this show, the contestants are put on a lie detector and asked 50 extremely personal questions.

It’s bad enough that it’s all happening “live” on National television.

To make matters worse, it’s also happening right in front of the contestant’s closest friends and family, who are on the show as well.

If the contestant is caught in a lie, they loose everything.

On a recent episode, a female contestant was asked, “Would you respect your husband more if he made more munee?”

You could tell that the question made her feel completely uncomfortable, and as I watched, I actually thought that she might choose not to answer it, which would mean that she’d have to forfeit her winnings, and walk away with nothing.

But…

To my surprise, she eventually answered “yes”.

And when she did, you could see the disappointment on her husband’s face.

He couldn’t make eye contact with her, and you could tell that he was totally devastated.

I felt so sorry for him.

As a husband myself, who has a wife and four children (with another one on the way), I can only imagine how much pain this guy was feeling at that moment.

Here he was on national television, feeling like a complete failure, in front of the entire country.

We guys pride ourselves on being hard working dudes who are responsible for supporting our family.

And it pains us deeply if we’re not providing them with all the things they need.

I can remember the many sleepless nights I spent - worrying about how I was going to pay my bills and support my family.

I got so sick of feeling this way, that it motivated me to get off my butt, take matters into my own hands, and do WHATEVER needed to be done in order to fix this situation.

So let me ask you:

If you’re a guy reading this, what would your wife’s (or significant other’s) answer be?

And if you’re a gal reading this, what would your answer be?

Would it be “yes” or “no”?

Because the truth is, almost every woman’s answer would have to be “Yes.”

Make no mistake about it, the most important skill you’ll EVER learn is how to make munee.

Yet most people don’t realize it’s a skill.

And most people don’t realize that it’s a skill that can easily be learned.

As one of my members, you’re already on the path to mastering this skill.

All you have to do now is take the next step by Going Here.

Why Would He Do That?

Yesterday morning I got up bright and early to head to the airport.

And no, I wasn’t leaving on a trip this time – I was actually going to pick up a client for a day of consulting.

The particular client hopped on a plane in Southern California, bright and early in the AM, so he come up to Seattle and spend a day working “on” his business.

While most business owners spend all their time working “in” their businesses, we smart entrepreneurs understand that the best use of our time is spent working “on” our business.

I picked Daron (my client) up from Sea-Tac Airport at about 9 in the AM.

On the 1-hour drive to my house, we laid out our game plan for the day, so that once we arrived, we could get right to it.

To make a long story short, we spend the entire day brainstorming and strategizing on how he would take his own business to the next level… and beyond.

And make no doubt about it, Daron is now armed with the tools needed to make it happen.

Now…

Just in case you’re wondering, why would a guy hop on a plane and fly all the way to Seattle to spend a day with Kevin at his home office – let me point out one thing.

Successful entrepreneurs do this kind of thing all the time.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve traveled across the country in order to meet with someone that I KNEW could help improve my business.

And yes, it requires a substantial investment, in both time and munee to do so.

But…

Every time I’ve done so, it’s lead to HUGE breakthrough’s and major growth in my business.

This was the first time I’ve ever done a “live” day of consulting for a client, but after seeing the value he received from the day, I may decide to offer this service to a few select clients in the future.

I hope that when it comes to YOUR business, you have the same mindset as Daron, and are willing to do whatever it takes.

That you’re committed to your goals.

That you’re a DOER.
