How Could This Happen

Eric Guttmann recently sent me an email, and he had one heck of a story to share.

Here it is:


Dear Kevin,Thanks for including me on today’s training call.So far it has been a hell of a ride, with most of the time me wondering what the hell I am doing. HA! :)Something interesting happened and I believe that you touched upon it in today's call.When you prepare for better things and take bold steps in that direction stuff happens.I recently learned that I will be filling an O-5 billet at Commander Fourth Fleet in Mayport, FL.OK, here's the big deal about that... I AM AN O-3!How in the word did I end up in a billet TWO pay grades above my own?To put that in perspective, in my last tour as an O-3 I was flying missions over Iraq and over the world.

The O-5 in my squadron was THE SKIPPER.

That's right he was responsible for all squadron aircraft all over the world.Needless to say I am going to have to bust my butt to grow into the big shoes I am going to fill.Yet there is a part of me that believes that if I had not taken the steps to get my info-publishing career off the ground perhaps I would be looking at another set of orders.The Law of Attraction is NOTHING without the Law of Practice.We attract opportunities and events commensurate with our level of development and the person we have become. Let me tell you, Eric is right.

We DO “attract” opportunities.

We also “attract” munee, relationships, success and every other good thing into our life.
